Hiding Pivot Facts

You can restrict the data displayed in Pivot fact columns using the Hidden Items feature. When you select this feature, the fact column is removed from the report, but not the Outliner. You can restore the hidden data item at any time.

To hide a fact column:

Right-click on one of more fact column names in the Facts pane outliner and select Hidden Item.

The fact column name is dimmed in the outliner.

To restore a hidden fact column:

Right-click on the dimmed fact column name in the Outliner and select Show Hidden Item.
